Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre
Become a Citizen Scientist and help our Living Seas team to monitor local marine life and tackle litter!
We’ll explore the strandline looking for mermaids purses, nurdles and collecting any litter we find. After the strandline search we’ll head to the rocky shore, recording what we find from seaweed to anemones and limpets.
The data we collect will contribute to UK wide projects –
- Eggcase Hunt – https://www.sharktrust.org/en/great_eggcase_hunt
- Nurdle Hunt – https://www.nurdlehunt.org.uk/
- Shoresearch – https://goo.gl/A2XdjM
Please wear suitable clothing and waterproof footwear.
